  • RESEARCH

Research is the first and foremost step in my process,  gathering information about the user needs, market trends, competitors, and technical requirements. Understanding the key problems the product  is meant to solve and finding the best planning solutions

  • DESIGN CONCEPT

In the design concept phase, we use the information gathered from the research to create initial design ideas and  solutions. These concepts are then evaluated based on criteria such as feasibility, functionality, unique aesthetics.

  • USABILITY TESTING

Usability testing is an important part of the design process, where prototypes or mockups of the design are tested with users to see how well the product meets their needs and expectations. The results of usability testing help us refine the design and improve its functionality.

  • DETAILED DESIGN

In the detailed design phase, we create A-Class design solution that incorporates all the necessary technical, aesthetic and usability requirements. This stage involves creating detailed CAD files, drawings and other documents that will be used to guide the manufacture of the product.

  • DFM

Design for Manufacturability is a critical aspect of the industrial design process, where the focus is on designing a product that can be manufactured cost-effectively and at scale. In this phase, the designer considers factors such as production costs, tooling, and materials to ensure that the design can be mass-produced with minimal waste.
